Study Finds You Can Dance Your Way to a Longer Life and Sharper Mind
According to recent research supported by scientific data, dancing the night away provides more benefits than physical exercise.
Researchers found that dancing also has psychological advantages. “Today we know that it’s (dancing) also good for the brain,” said Dr. Louis Bherer, scientific director of the PERFORM Centre. A clinical research facility at Montreal’s Concordia University dedicated to promoting better health.
For dancers, the combined benefits are a bonus which hopefully will encourage more people to put on their dancing shoes and dance their way to better health.
